adequate stay
helpful staff great location uncomfortable mattress poor breakfast
karen was helpful and quick at check in. the location is close to the malls restaurants bars supermarkets etc. i also found george very kind to help me with my luggage when uber came on my checkout day. breakfast can be requested with a minimal rate.
the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are bread sliced thin.

dingy bathroom uncomfortable bed
the hotel's location proved convenient, being near the railway station.
The bathroom was rather dingy, a detail i found disappointing. the bathroom window had a cracked frame and pane. I consider this a maintenance oversight. the bed also did not meet my standards for comfort.

the hotel has a great location near the train station. shops and restaurants are also close. the staff was friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast offered good value. the room had everything i needed for the price.

the hotel sits conveniently between two public houses and directly opposite the railway station. easy access to restaurants and burger takeaways is a plus. a cheap wetherspoons is located in the railway station.

staff members were friendly and helpful . one morning, the lady on duty arranged for someone to get me soya milk from a shop, which i found particularly thoughtful. the reception process was quick and easy.

great location friendly staff city map clean room
I found the location quite convenient. it was close to the station with nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and they offered me a city map when i checked in. I thought that was helpful. the room was reasonably sized and very clean.
The advert mentioned included parking. there was only a discount on nearby parking!

the hotel is very close to the train station was nice, though there are ongoing roadworks that require a slight detour! numerous shops and restaurants are also within a short walk of the hotel.

The continental breakfast had a decent selection. I saw the staff frequently monitoring and refilling items. the dining area was kept clean and cleared quickly for other guests. breakfast included options such as cereal, bread, spreads, meat and cheese.

the room was spacious with good storage, even a desk to use, though the decor was a little dated. the lower window glass was opaque, showing only the sky for privacy, i assume. the room included generous beverage facilities.

dated room bathroom mold
the location suited me because it was just outside the train station.
the room felt very dated and not that clean. the shower door did not fully close. there was damp mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the bedroom furniture looked old and scratched.
